Design a home for your turkey that you think it deserves! A workshop inspired by the Verbal Slip exhibition by Daniela and Linda Dostálková.

The poorly coordinated movements of the actress from the Verbal Slip video series by Daniela and Linda Dostálková, are often observed by a mute witness in the form of a frozen turkey… What could her desires have been before she went completely speechless? Where did she live, where did she lay her eggs, where did she feed? Does a turkey need its interpreter? Does it need its own bed? Does it need its own earthworm farm? Or perhaps a swimming pool with a water slide?

Let's let our imaginations run wild and design a turkey a home it never dreamed of.

We will draw inspiration from the work of other artists and create a model that will offer turkeys unprecedented luxury. We will use unexpected materials such as toothpicks, pins, paper clips, rubber bands, skewers and sponges… What would a dream farm for a little turkey look like?

The programme will be led by Alice Sovadinová and Iveta Horáková, PLATO gallery teachers.
