A podcast dedicated to spreading the practice of Nonviolent Communication. It will be recorded live together with its hosts, Petr Sucháček and Petr Holík, trainers from the Institute of Nonviolent Communication.

The Nonviolent Podcast (Nenásilný podcast) was created to spread the practice of Nonviolent Communication. Its creators—trainers from the Institute of Nonviolent Communication, Petr Sucháček and Petr Holík—would like to support individuals and organizations in developing better interpersonal relationships through their actions and decision-making, helping to build a world that cares for everyone's needs.

Everything integrated into Nonviolent Communication consists of insights into language, consciousness, and the use of force known for centuries. In practice, these insights make it possible to maintain an empathetic connection to others and oneself, even in challenging situations. Similar questions—how to express oneself honestly, how to truly hear another person, and how to find the courage to be seen—also accompany the world of arts and culture, both on stage and behind the scenes.

The authors' goal is not to create an audio course; rather, they aim to offer inspiration by sharing their personal experiences and what they have learned over the years through workshops, facilitating difficult negotiations, and other encounters with people.
