We cordially invite you to the opening of the 2025 main exhibition season at PLATO. The grand opening of three exhibitions will take place on Wednesday 28/5 at 6 pm.

The international thematic exhibition Kino Kosmos drew inspiration from the unique futuristic cinema building in Třinec. Curators Daniela and Linda Dostálková chose it as a starting point for reflections on space, cinematography, regional memory, dialect, and the universe. Under the title Pyk, Sciak etc. we will present – for the first time in a solo exhibition in the Czech Republic – the work of Dorota Jurczak, a remarkable Polish sculptor living in Sicily. The second part of the selection of works by our visitors, curated in collaboration with the children of our Ahoj děcka club, is entitled Sprouts, the World, and Me.
