Films and videos by Czech artist Mark Ther, winner of the Jinřich Chalupecký award, and the Ostrava debut of his latest work Mitsu (2018).

Mark Ther (1979) has been making films and videos since the second half of the 1990s. From the start his work has been characterised by precision and attention to detail, which together with the taboo subjects create emotional tension. The aesthetic eccentricity and selection of subjects made him a winner of the Jindřich Chalupecký Award in 2011. The profile evening is conceived as an original programme by the artist.
