Workshop:
Mothers know the whirlwind that motherhood entails. We are opening a space where you can pause for a moment, catch your breath, explore your boundaries, understand your anger and overwhelm, and share with women who are going through something similar.
Homework, shoes, healthy organic (preferably colorful) snacks, extracurricular activities, self-care, taking care of everyone in the family… Most moms have a sense of the whirlwind that motherhood brings. Despite all the fulfilling and joyful moments in between, it’s a demanding and intense discipline.
We are opening a space where you can let it all go for a while, take a breath, and share with women who are in a similar place. A space to see things from a different perspective, explore your boundaries, understand your anger and overwhelm—and learn to be kinder to yourself.
Part 1: EXPERIENTIAL – self-care, maternal anger, working with emotions, projective techniques, etc.
Part 2: MOVEMENT-BASED – a relaxation segment focused on yourself and your body
