Some voices enter the public debate more easily than others—while others remain on the sidelines. Who is afraid to let others have their say, and who, on the contrary, is able to do so? How does a feminist institution function in practice? A lively debate about power, space, and what happens when we start giving it to one another.

Klára Filipová – a journalist who has spent her entire professional life working in public media. She joined the data journalism team at Czech Radio in 2022, where she currently works. In 2024, she co-founded Okraj.cz, leaving the editorial team two years later.

Jana Adamec Tkáčová – gallery educator and lecturer at PLATO.
