Workshop for families with children:
An inspiring garden exploration with biologist and educator Kája Jančík. Combining patient observation, detective work, and hands-on crafting, this workshop is designed for children aged 5–12 and their parents.
Are you curious about what kinds of creatures live in our garden? We’ll flip over rocks, dig into the compost, and scoop up invertebrates from the pond. You’ll get to experience what it’s like to be a real scientist, using digital magnifying glasses to identify the organisms we find. We’ll show you that nature can be observed at every step, right in the heart of the city. Finally, we’ll use our findings as inspiration to create block prints, turning our scientific observations into art.
