Buy or plant a flower with us.

In the hydroponic wall at PLATO caffé we grow flowers and herbs.

We multiply and plant flowers from our gallery, from our surrounding permaculture garden, from employees, and perhaps even from you. You can then buy them from us for a symbolic price. The plants can then go “back” to your or our offices, homes, gardens.

You can also plant a flower or herb with us: in the room called Keyhole, you will find everything you need, and then you can let the plant grow in our gallery.

Hydroponic farming is among the most sustainable methods of growing plants, without soil, in water-based mineral nutrient solutions. The main benefits of this method include reduced water consumption, shorter transport distance, no need of plant protection sprays, and quick growth. The green vertical wall also lowers the temperature of its surroundings.
